About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performance Head of Growth to own and accelerate revenue across our digital and offline channels. You’ll be responsible for acquiring, converting, and retaining customers through Google, Meta, Quick-commerce platforms, marketplaces, offline retail , and lifecycle marketing . This is a core team role with end-to-end accountability for performance, media spends, ROI, and new channel growth — suited for someone who blends analytical depth with executional excellence.
Core Responsibilities – Channel-wise Breakdown:
1. Google (Search, Display, YouTube):
• Own and optimize Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
• Build full-funnel campaigns for awareness, acquisition, and remarketing.
• Improve Quality Scores, CTR, and conversion rates; drive bottom-funnel performance.
• Regularly run A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• 2. Meta (Facebook, Instagram):
• Scale paid campaigns across Meta platforms with precise audience segmentation and creative testing.
• Build performance-focused ad funnels (prospecting, retargeting, LTV-based lookalikes).
• Coordinate with creative teams for thumb-stopping assets and dynamic product ads.
• Analyze ROAS, CAC, AOV, and drive continuous optimization.
3. Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Swiggy Instamart):
• Build partnerships and execute promotions to grow visibility and sales.
• Optimize brand presence, banner placements, and in-app media investments.
• Track platform-specific analytics and consumer behavior to refine pricing and assortment strategy.
• 4. Marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra):
• Scale marketplace revenue through visibility improvement, ad spends, and conversion rate optimization.
• Manage product listings, SEO, merchandising, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with platform category teams for high-impact placements and event promotions.
• Analyze share-of-voice and competitor benchmarking.
• 5. Offline Channels (MT, Pop-ups):
• Lead retail growth through distributor management, retail partnerships, and trade activations.
• Plan and execute branded pop-ups, exhibitions, and high-conversion on-ground events.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain for visibility-led retail planning.
• Track offline ROI metrics including footfall, conversion rates, and sell-through.
• 6. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing:
• Design and implement CRM strategies across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
• Set up retention journeys (post-purchase, winback, referral loops) using automation tools.
• Run cohort analysis and RFM segmentation to optimize LTV.
• Collaborate with product and ops teams to enhance repeat experience and feedback loops.
• What You Bring:
• 6–8 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing, or channel ownership roles.
• Proven ability to scale both digital and offline channels , with a deep understanding of ROI-focused marketing.
• Hands-on execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify and marketplace dashboards.
• Experience managing offline retail rollouts and distributor relationships.
• Ability to read data, build dashboards, forecast spends, and report performance independently.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with high ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
