Job Summary
We are looking for a Growth & Business Development Manager with 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience and a strong ESG & Sustainability background. The role will focus on revenue growth, lead generation, partnerships, tenders/RFPs, and business expansion across GCC and international markets.
Key Responsibilitie
Generate and convert qualified B2B leads and sales opportunities.
Build and manage the sales pipeline and revenue targets.
Identify and manage tenders, RFPs, proposals, and new business opportunities.
Develop relationships with corporates, institutions, and senior stakeholders.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
Represent the organization at relevant industry events and forums.
Maintain CRM, pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports.
Support B2B growth initiatives within the sustainable hospitality segment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Growth.
Strong, demonstrable ESG & Sustainability experience – mandatory.
Proven track record of lead generation and revenue closure.
Experience with GCC/Middle East or international markets preferred.
Experience in tenders, RFPs, consultative selling, and partnerships.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, presentation, and closing skills.
Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM/sales automation tools preferred.
Location: Remote – India | Experience: 5+ Years | Employment: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
