Job Description
CavaIt gives any business one link for everything they are asked to prove, and keeps it current so they never prove the same thing twice.
You earn a share of the revenue from every account you bring in, and it is uncapped.
The role
This is an outbound role first. You build the target lists, you make the calls, and you book and close meetings. Phone first, in person second, email last. Expect to be on the phone most days.
The rest of your time goes to making us easier to find and easier to trust. Writing short, useful pages about what businesses get asked to prove. Building the outreach templates you use yourself. Running our social accounts by showing real work rather than posting filler.
The two feed each other. Your writing gets sharper because you have heard the objections live, and your calls get warmer because people have already come across us.
What we look for
You have sold before and you are comfortable on the phone daily.
You write clearly and without jargon.
You can keep a few hundred companies straight without losing track.
You have judgement about what looks professional and what looks cheap.
Resilient and consistent. Early-stage outbound is a volume game before it is a skill game.
What you get
