Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for Growth Associates – College Operations to guide students about IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses at various colleges. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities and assist them in their career development. Work experience with EdTech will be an added advantage. Should be budding leaders.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Counsel students for their course enquiry at a college
• Counsel concerned parents in-person at a college and on the phone
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports
• Course Coordinator’s role after the admissions are conducted
• Provide ongoing guidance to teachers teaching the course and deal with any questions and problems
• Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff if required
• Student coordination via Calls, Emails and WhatsApp
• Additional responsibilities placement assistance and working from multiple locations (designated college and IIDE Andheri Campus)
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience
• Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Interest in Sales and Counseling
• Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience
• Multi-tasker
Expected deliverables/KPIs :
• Counseling students during the admissions process and achieving the batch strength
• On average 2-3 hours of talk time in person or over the call per day until the admission season
• Looking after the student journey right from admissions to end of the course
The candidate must be residing in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
