As a Group Facilitator at Baptist Care SA, you’ll lead adventure-based programs that inspire growth, connection, and confidence. You are energetic, professional, and passionate about helping others grow. You will also have the following skills and experience:
Experience facilitating adventure-based activities in outdoor settings

Ability to engage and manage group dynamics effectively
Relevant outdoor qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Outdoor Recreation or equivalent)
