We are seeking for a motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our busy Perth team.
This is a hands-on front desk reception role that plays a key part in the day-to-day operation of our business. As the first point of contact for customers, contractors and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering professional customer service while also providing efficient, accurate and timely support for our administration and sales areas teams.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple tasks, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Prompt answering and directing of all incoming calls
Taking accurate messages and ensuring follow-up where required
Greeting and signing in visitors, contractors and customers
Managing shared email inboxes and general correspondence
Providing administrative support to other teams in the business
Assisting with invoice coding and general administration tasks
Providing professional promotion of Grace services
Ideally, we are looking for:
Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great customer service focus and professional phone manner
Strong organisiational skills and ability to work independently
Experience with data entry and willingness to learn new systems
Experience or understanding in accounts administration and invoice coding beneficial but not necessary
