organizations understand behavior, strengths, and development areas. We work with
HR teams, coaches, counsellors, and professionals who want an extra layer of
behavioral insight beyond traditional assessments.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphologist & Client Acquisition Executive who can both
analyze handwriting/signatures and actively acquire new clients in the field. You will
combine your expertise in graphology with field‑sales skills to onboard HR
departments, training institutes, coaching firms, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze handwriting and signature samples of candidates and employees to
identify personality traits, emotional tendencies, and behavioral patterns.
Prepare structured graphology‑based personality reports for recruitment,
leadership profiling, and team‑building.
Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to explain how handwriting insights
complement interviews and psychometric assessments.
Perform field work to acquire new clients (B2B and B2C), including initial
meetings, demos, and follow‑ups.
Be flexible to travel locally and, when required, to nearby cities to meet
prospects and existing clients.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and drive them through to proven lead
conversion (pitches → demos → paid engagements).
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while handling sensitive
personal and business data.
Skills & Qualifications
Certified Graphologist from a recognized institute.
Basic understanding of psychology, behavioral science, or HR/HR‑tech
processes.
Strong analytical, observation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion
(preferably in HR, training, coaching, or assessment‑based services).
Comfortable with field visits, client presentations, and travel.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and openness to work in a startup‑style
environment.
Preferred (nice‑to‑have)
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or coaching.
Familiarity with assessment tools, ATS platforms, or HR‑tech apps.
