Graphics Video Designer

You must be creative, have a passion for design in motion, videos (and all things digital) to join our
creative team and work on multiple exciting projects. Hands on experience with video editing software, ability to conceptualize video content, and capability of shooting basic videos is a must.

Your key responsibilities will include

Propose new content ideas and contribute to enhancing content
Design and create engaging motion graphics for video campaigns
Work on company branding to enhance its online presence
Understand and visualise technical content for videos
Understand and provide creative direction in your area of expertise from concept to execution,
while adhering to brand guidelines
3+ years of relevant experience, working on both small and large websites, infographics,
social media
Graduation / diploma in graphic design, animation design, film design with a remarkable
portfolio of motion/video projects
Experience in shooting basic video content
Proven work experience in video editing and motion graphics
A master of video editing suites like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro
Ability to create storyboards and narratives for projects
A team player who can drive and work on multiple projects
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be able to take ownership and work under minimal supervision
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos,
eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
Work across teams to resolve technical and/or design issues.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and
organization of graphic files.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
