Graphics Designer

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Your primary role will be to research and design usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts. The ideal candidate will use this information to help us create the best user experience possible for our website and mobile applications.( Animation fundamentals ,Character Ringing.)

Responsibilities

1.Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
2.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
3.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
4.Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
5.Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
6.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
7.Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
8.Research customers, competitors, and products
+.Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
10.Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
11.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
12.Create and maintain usability documentation
13.Work with developers to ensure product quality
14.Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success
15.Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

Requirements and skills

1.Proven UI experience, and Self Motivated.
2.Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
3.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
4.Proficiency in HTML(latest), CSS (latest) , and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
5.Proficient in WordPress
6.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
7.Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
8.Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
+.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
10.Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
11.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
12.Able to work on Designs which can be promoted to Facebook ,Instagram, etc.
13.Able to work on SEO, Multimedia design, help in Multimedia Marketing.
14.Creative in Design work and Proactive in nature.
15.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
16.Working knowledge of UX design principles

17. 3D Max, MAYA Experience ,Animation Video Skills.

18.After Effects (Adobe), Animate (Adobe) Character Animated.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
