Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral, Figma)
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work
Roles And Responsibilities
• Create visually appealing designs and graphics for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Produce high-quality designs that align with the brand identity and guidelines
• Ensure that designs are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for digital platforms
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to develop innovative design concepts
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
