• *Roles And Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop various marketing collaterals such as banners, flyers, posters, logos, brochures, infographics, and display ads.
- Create visually appealing content for web pages, landing pages, email templates, GIFs, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Generate new concepts for brand visualization and optimization.
- Manage both graphic and web marketing deliverables for assigned verticals.
- Develop website layouts and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the B2B team and assist in client interactions, including occasional travel.
• *Desirable Qualifications And Skills:**
- You should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a graphic and web designer.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and web development technologies is essential.
- Strong aesthetic sense, communication skills, conceptual thinking, and typography skills are required.
- Being self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and managing time efficiently is important.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
