Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Production Artist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and creating production-ready artwork and realistic product mockups. The ideal candidate will support packaging and product design projects, ensuring all files are accurate, print-ready, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain production-ready artwork for packaging, labels, and product collections.
Build realistic 3D product mockups using Adobe Photoshop.
Develop original packaging artwork based on creative direction and brand guidelines.
Prepare print-ready files for manufacturing partners.
Execute revisions, versioning, and artwork updates with exceptional attention to detail.
Ensure artwork meets production specifications, dielines, color standards, and print requirements.
Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign daily.
Organize and manage artwork files, versions, and production assets.
Collaborate with creative, product development, and marketing teams on new product launches.
Support seasonal collections and retailer-specific packaging projects.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience creating realistic product mockups and packaging renderings.
Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, dielines, color management, and print-ready file preparation.
Ability to create original artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing packaging artwork, product mockups, and production-ready files.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, fragrance, home goods, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
Experience working with overseas manufacturers and packaging vendors.
Knowledge of packaging materials, specialty finishes, foils, embossing, and print techniques.
Work Environment

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
