Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality graphics, including social media assets, banners, logos, brochures, and website visuals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and deliver designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Create and edit illustrations, layouts, and motion graphics using industry-standard tools.
Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
Review and refine designs based on feedback, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Figma, After Effects, or Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work (print, digital, branding).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with web design tools and responsive design.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoff.
