Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Wander Hearts. The person in this role will design digital assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, including graphics, logos, and branded visuals that align with the platform’s identity and storytelling. Daily responsibilities include creating promotional materials for experiences and events, editing video content such as trailers, highlights, and social clips, and adapting content for multiple formats and channels. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine creative concepts, maintain consistent branding, and deliver visually engaging content that supports user acquisition and community engagement. The role also involves managing design files, meeting deadlines, and iterating based on feedback and performance insights.
(Work from home flexible as long as deadlines are met)
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Design static social media posts
• Design carousel posts
• Create Instagram Stories
• Design advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Create website graphics and landing page assets
• Design banners and promotional materials
• Create icons, illustrations, and UI marketing assets when required
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all designs
Video Editing
• Edit Instagram Reels
• Edit TikTok videos
• Edit YouTube Shorts
• Create promotional videos
• Produce product demo videos
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music
• Optimize videos for social media performance
Brand Responsibilities
• Ensure all content aligns with Wander Hearts' premium brand identity
• Research creative trends and bring fresh ideas regularly
• Work closely with the marketing and founder team
• Maintain organized design files and project assets
Required Skills
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Figma
• Canva (optional)
• Strong typography skills
• Strong understanding of color theory
• Motion graphics experience
• Social media content creation
• Branding and visual identity
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, , Facebook, and YouTube content
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Strong communication skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating content for lifestyle, travel, luxury, hospitality, or dating brands
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
• Experience with AI creative tools
• Photography or videography knowledge is a plus
