Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Video Editor & Graphic Designer to handle both video content and visual creatives. The role involves creating reels, short-form videos, full-length videos, as well as designing thumbnails and social media posts. The ideal candidate should be fast, creative, and capable of managing high-volume content production.
Key Responsibilities
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos
Edit full-length videos for YouTube and other platforms
Create engaging thumbnails for YouTube and other media platforms
Design social media posts, banners, and digital creatives
Add subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics
Ensure all content is optimized for platform requirements (size, format, ratio)
Handle bulk content creation with quick turnaround times
Maintain consistency in design and video style
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Strong experience in reels, shorts, long-form videos, and thumbnails
Good understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work is mandatory
Working Hours
Full-time (8–9 hours/day, 6 days/week)
Preferred Skills
Motion graphics and animation skills
Strong thumbnail design sense (CTR-focused designs)
Basic color grading and sound editing knowledge
