Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand identity, increasing engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Create engaging social media content , including reels, carousels, and static posts using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms
● Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms (website banners, social media creatives, email campaigns, and advertisements)
● Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, catalogues, and packaging designs
● Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
● Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns
● Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar role
● Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design expertise
● Proficiency in:
○ Canva
○ CapCut
○ Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects )
● Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW is an added advantage
● Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
Preferred / Additional Skills ● Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage
● Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT, and Gemini is preferred
● A strong understanding of current social media trends, attention-grabbing hooks, and content virality
● Prior experience working in a marketing or creative agency will be considered a plus
● Knowledge of video storytelling, pacing, and transitions is highly desirable
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design best practices is a plus
● Knowledge of file formats, export settings, and platform-specific optimization techniques
