We are looking for a thoughtful Graphic Designer who can… well… design stunning visuals that capture attention and can make people go wowww!
Gist:
• Role: Graphic Designer
• Experience: 0-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Work on design briefs/outlines shared by the content team or clients.
• Create a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, ad banners, blog post graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, ebooks, posters, and emails.
• Develop, evolve, and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure design consistency and quality.
Required Skillsets:
• Conceptual/visualization ability and originality.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professionalism regarding time, deadlines, and constructive criticism.
• A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
• Knowledge of design trends and aesthetics
What we're looking for in a candidate
• A passion for graphic design and content visualization.
• A willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
Nice to have:
• Understanding of branding and visual identity.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
