Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday - Alternate Saturdays off)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate should have a clean, modern design approach, excellent visual hierarchy skills, and experience working on both static and motion content—especially in industrial or product-driven sectors. Key Responsibilities
• Design eye-catching digital and print assets including brochures, catalogs, product visuals, and social media content
• Develop branding materials with a minimalist and professional aesthetic
• Create and edit captivating videos for marketing, corporate, and product-related communication
• Interpret briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing, brand-consistent content
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver creative work on time
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and media
Required Tools & Skills
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDraw
• Figma
• Canva (for quick content, if needed)
• Video Creation & Editing:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Final Cut Pro (preferred but optional)
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia & Animation, or a related field
• OR a recognized certificate course (Arena, MAAC, NIIT, etc.)
• Bonus: Short-term certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, Motion Graphics, or UI/UX (Figma/Adobe XD)
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of practical design experience
• Previous experience in steel, solar, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant graphic and video design work
• Quick, focused, and adaptable to fast-moving campaigns and daily content requirements
