We help institutions build sustainable international student recruitment strategies through market intelligence, recruitment, marketing, and in-country representation.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual content while supporting our marketing and business development teams with high-quality designs and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging marketing collateral including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, digital advertisements, and event materials.
• Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, business proposals, conferences, and leadership presentations.
• Transform complex data into clear, attractive, and easy-to-understand charts, graphs, dashboards, and infographics.
• Design university marketing assets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support branding initiatives across multiple university partners and OneStep Global campaigns.
• Create assets for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit images, presentations, and marketing materials to maintain a professional and consistent brand identity.
• Assist with event branding, exhibition materials, standees, certificates, and promotional merchandise.
• Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Stay updated with current design trends and recommend creative ideas that enhance engagement.
Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or visual communications.
• Strong proficiency in Canva with the ability to create professional marketing assets quickly.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience designing executive-level presentations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including presenting data visually using charts, tables, and dashboards.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and branding.
• Ability to create visually compelling infographics and data-driven reports.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
• Experience working in international education, B2B marketing, or professional services will be an advantage.
