Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and design high-quality visuals, packaging, product labels, marketing creatives, website graphics, social media posts, and brand assets that align with our brand identity and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Development
✔Design packaging labels, product mockups, bottle layouts, boxes, cartons, and promotional materials for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care brands.
✔Create visually appealing social media creatives, ads, banners, brochures, catalogues, and e-commerce graphics (Amazon/Flipkart/Shopify).
✔Produce website graphics, brand identity materials, and marketing collateral for internal and client use.
✔Work on brand guidelines, product branding themes, and visual storytelling for private label brands.
✔Develop high-quality 3D mockups, presentation boards, and product renderings.
Collaboration & Workflow
✔Work closely with marketing, R&D, product development, and sales teams to understand creative requirements.
✔Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and production teams for print-ready artwork.
✔Follow strict brand, packaging, and compliance guidelines to finalize artworks.
✔Ensure all designs meet quality standards, accuracy, and brand consistency.
File Management & Quality
✔Prepare print-ready files with correct bleeds, color profiles, and formats.
✔Maintain organized project files, artwork archives, and version control.
✔Review proofs and pre-press samples to ensure design accuracy.
Hard Skills (Technical Skills)
✔Proficiency in CorelDRAW (must-have), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
✔Strong understanding of packaging design, label layout, die-lines, printing techniques, color theory, typography.
✔Ability to create product mockups, 3D renders, and packaging presentations.
✔Experience with Amazon/Shopify image guidelines, marketplace creatives, and web graphics.
✔Knowledge of FMCG personal care packaging is a strong advantage.
✔Hands-on experience with CMYK/RGB, print settings, and export for production.
✔Video Editing (Advantage):
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / VN or similar tools.
Motion graphics, product showcase videos, and social media reels.
Soft Skills (Personality & Behavioral Skills)
✔Creativity, innovation, and an eye for detail.
✔Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
✔Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
✔Problem-solving attitude with a passion for design trends.

Education & Certifications
