Role: Graphics Designer
Industry Type: E-Learning / EdTech
Job description:
We are in search of a creative graphic designer who understands how to successfully communicate a compelling message through the graphic medium. The candidate should possess the intuitive and learned skillset to create and execute consistently impactful graphics. The Graphic/Creative Designer job includes the entire process of understanding requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including emailers, flyers, infographics, social media posts, logos, printable and presentations. Final design should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
Responsibilities Include:
Designing specific graphics based on the written/raw content provided by the stakeholders
Communicating between teams and management of deliverables with a sensitivity for detail and timelines.
Desired Attributes:
Passion and ability to design graphic content specifically for internal communication & social media
Ability to think outside of the box, be able to work creatively within boundaries
Ability to clearly communicate a message visually
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic as per the brand guidelines
Work with various stakeholders to produce final design
Ensure optimal image resolution, Test graphics across various media
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Create reusable design templates that are easy to edit/reproduce by non-designers
