Profile : Graphic Designer + HTML Email Template Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can also design and
build HTML email templates.
This role will support our marketing team in producing:
● Daily social media creatives
● Professional emailer templates in HTML
Mailchimp sending and campaign execution will be trained internally — your core responsibility is design + template creation.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Creative Design
● Design daily creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
● Create post formats including:
○ Static posts
○ Carousels
○ Stories
○ Promotional banners
● Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
● Deliver ready-to-publish assets on time
HTML Email Template Design
● Design clean, responsive email templates in HTML
● Ensure templates render correctly across Gmail, Outlook, and mobile
● Create reusable email layouts for newsletters, updates, and promotional campaigns
● Coordinate with the marketing team to implement content into templates
(Mailchimp sending will be handled with internal training.)
Collaboration & Execution Support
● Work closely with marketing and content teams for daily deliverables
● Support quick iterations and edits as required
● Maintain a library of templates and creative assets
Required Skills
Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva)
Ability to design social media creatives with speed and quality
Hands-on experience with HTML email template creation
Understanding of responsive design for emails
Attention to detail and structured workflow
Ability to work with daily deadlines
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Basic motion graphics/video editing (Reels, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)
Familiarity with Mailchimp (training will be provided)
Experience in marketing/design agencies
