Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
Assist in the development and execution of design concepts for marketing materials, including but not limited to print, digital ads, social media graphics, billboard, and website assets.
Create compelling and visually engaging campaigns that support Greenleaf Hospitality Group's sports, and entertainment brands.
Be an integral part of bringing the Kalamazoo Wings' Farewell Season to life through game-day promotional graphics, season campaigns, merchandise, and fan experiences that celebrate the team's history at Wings Event Center.
Support marketing efforts for the future Kalamazoo Event Center, helping introduce a transformational entertainment destination to the community ahead of its Fall 2027 opening.
Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all visual communications while adapting creative approaches to fit each unique brand.
Create compelling and visually appealing designs that align with project objectives and target audiences.
Support the production of print and digital assets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Assist with event, sponsorship, and community activation materials that help bring experiences to life for guests and fans.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and tools to continually enhance design skills.
What You Need For This Position
1–3 years of graphic design experience in an agency, in-house marketing team, or related creative environment preferred.
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Portfolio showing your strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passion for storytelling, live events, sports, and creating memorable experiences is a plus.
