1. Job Briefing
EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Talented candidates as per the requirements described here.Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements

Have a solid ability to study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Design net-new marketing and advertising pieces (print, digital, email, social, etc.).
Ensure that all designs align with the brand guide as it currently exists
Collaborate with marketing team and management to implement effective creative
Design and create Blog banners and infographics as per requirements
Design social banners, cover design, profile photo, Newsletter, and any campaign banner
Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g., business cards, presentations)
Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction
Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends
Able to create original graphic designs (e.g. Creative Images, Sketches, and illustrations)

2. Must Have Skills
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Proficient with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw)
Be ready and willing to manage multiple projects, including ADHOC items, pivot as necessary, and work toward time-sensitive—and sometimes shifting deadlines

3. Primary Skills:
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

Are a highly collaborative team player and are comfortable sharing work early and often.
Are opportunity oriented, self-motivated, proactive and don't wait to be told what to do, and are always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve as a designer
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.
Open-minded and a willingness to accept feedback and make changes to designs.
An understanding of the latest design trends
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

4. Good To Have:
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements

Will be added advantage if have knowledge of Video Editing and tools. (e.g., After Effects/ Premier Pro)
One must have a basic knowledge of illustration design and have few hands on it. It will also be an additional advantage.
