The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the custodian of Dhiya Couture’s visual identity across all digital and print mediums. Your primary focus will be translating our brand philosophy of "quiet power" and "timeless femininity" into breathtaking visual collaterals, campaign assets, lookbooks, digital marketing materials, and packaging designs.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual sensibility for high-end fashion, expert knowledge of industry-standard design tools, and a proven track record of working with luxury brands. You must be able to seamlessly combine heritage aesthetics with modern digital design to communicate the elegance and richness of our bridal and couture collections.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity & Brand Assets: Maintain and elevate the visual consistency of Dhiyaa Couture across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every graphic asset reflects luxury, heritage, and sophistication.
Digital & Print Collateral: Design elegant digital assets including website banners, email marketing graphics, social media templates, digital lookbooks, press kits, and print materials such as bespoke packaging, invite cards, and brand books.
Campaign & Layout Design: Conceptualize and execute high-end editorial layouts, promotional banners, and marketing assets for new collection launches and bridal campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Social Media Strategist, Content Writer, and Core Design Team to align visual graphics with overarching collection themes, copy, and brand narratives.
Asset Optimization: Ensure all graphic files are optimized for performance across web, social, email, and high-quality print productions.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a mandatory background in working with luxury brands, couture labels, or high-end fashion houses.
Software Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) and familiarity with platforms like Canva Pro or Figma. Knowledge of basic animation/motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut) is a strong plus.
Luxury Aesthetic & Eye for Detail: An impeccable visual sense for layout, typography, color theory, and composition that resonates with a high-net-worth clientele.
Cultural Appreciation: Sensitivity to and appreciation for traditional Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and heritage aesthetics.
Attributes: Proactive, highly organized, adaptable, and capable of delivering flawless design work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced atelier setting.
