Graphic Designer (D2C Brand)

About Estelar Estelar is a fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand focused on building products people love through creative storytelling and performance marketing. We move fast, test aggressively, and create content that drives sales—not just likes. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands D2C brands, can produce high-quality creatives at speed, and is excited to leverage AI to improve efficiency. Responsibilities Design static creatives for Meta, Instagram, Google, marketplaces, and website banners. Create performance-focused ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions. Edit short-form videos and UGC content for paid ads and social media. Produce 8–10 creatives every day while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Work closely with the marketing and performance team to rapidly iterate winning creatives. Repurpose existing creatives into multiple variations for A/B testing. Use AI tools to speed up ideation, image generation, background removal, mockups, and creative production. Maintain Estelar's brand identity across all customer touchpoints. RequirementsMust Have 2+ years of graphic design experience. Prior experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands . Strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing creatives. Good understanding of Meta and Instagram ad creatives. Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva Premiere Pro or CapCut Comfortable creating both static and video creatives. AI Skills Experience using AI tools such as: ChatGPT Midjourney / Flux Adobe Firefly Kling / Runway Other AI tools for image generation, editing, and video creation We're looking for someone who uses AI to work smarter—not someone who designs everything manually. What We're Looking For Strong design fundamentals. Excellent typography and color sense. Fast execution without compromising quality. Ability to understand creative briefs quickly. Data-driven mindset—comfortable iterating based on ad performance. Self-starter who takes ownership. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Bonus Points Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry. Knowledge of Shopify creatives. Experience creating Amazon or Quick Commerce creatives. Motion graphics experience. Understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response advertising. KPIs Deliver 8–10 high-quality creatives per day . Fast turnaround on creative revisions.
