We are an early-stage Consumer AI startup looking for a creative and highly driven Tamil Graphic Designer (Canva) to join our content and marketing team.
You'll be responsible for designing high-converting creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms. We're looking for someone who understands Tamil culture, social media trends, and can create scroll-stopping visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
What You'll Do
β’ Design ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and social media posts using Canva.
β’ Create high-performing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and app marketing campaigns.
β’ Adapt designs for different formats, including 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9.
β’ Collaborate with marketers, scriptwriters, and video editors to execute creative campaigns.
β’ Stay updated with Tamil internet trends, memes, and visual styles.
β’ Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
β’ Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
What We're Looking For
β’ 1β3 years of graphic design experience.
β’ Native or fluent Tamil speaker with a good understanding of the Tamil audience.
β’ Strong Canva skills (Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus).
β’ Strong portfolio of social media posts, ad creatives, or marketing designs.
β’ Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
β’ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
