Job description
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer / Creative Visualiser with 2.5–3 years of experience who can create impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand branding, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop.

Experience: 2.5–3 Years

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Design social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, emailers, and marketing collateral.
• Create branding assets, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Develop visually engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Create basic motion graphics and video edits for social media (preferred).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative techniques.

Required Skills
• 2.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding work.
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop (Expert)
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Lightroom
• Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working with startups, digital marketing agencies, or creative teams is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney is a plus.
