About Company:
Baldor Technologies (IDfy) is bringing their fraud detection platform to 200 clients across financial services (insurance, fintech, loans, credit cards, payment gateways), and new economy companies (cab aggregators, tenancy, matrimony, delivery), keeping them and their customers safe.

About the Internship:
As a graphic designer and video editor, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual and motion designs that capture attention and convey messages effectively. You'll be the creative force behind various marketing materials including, but not limited to, product videos, corporate videos, product decks, static brand images, brand identities, and digital assets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create visually compelling designs, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing materials
2. Create captivating videos using visual effects, titles, and graphics, and ensure they blend with the videos
3. Bringing creative stories and ideas to life through videos, for business purposes
4. Using industry-standard video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or PhotoShop, you'll enhance footage, trim clips, and ensure smooth video transitions for our products
5. Collaborate across team members to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging, and translate them into creative design concepts
6. Maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual elements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines
7. Prepare print-ready files and digital assets using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications
8. Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to gather feedback, refine designs, and meet project objectives
+. Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI software tools & techniques, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a competitive edge
10. Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
11. Adhere to brand guidelines, design principles, and legal requirements, ensuring all designs align with the organization's standards and values
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. however, the equivalent experience of at least 3+ years in the design field is also considered
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Aftereffect, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools
