Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer and Video Editor role based in Kochi. The role involves designing visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media creatives, presentations, and learning content. The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will create and refine logos, brand elements, motion graphics, and video content such as promotional videos, explainer videos, and student stories. Daily tasks include collaborating with academic and marketing teams, understanding project briefs, developing concepts, iterating on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual and video outputs. The role also includes preparing production-ready files, managing assets and templates, and optimizing content for various platforms and formats.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and student-focused visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities across campaigns and materials.
• Candidates should possess solid Typography skills, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy in both static and motion designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in designing for education, training, or youth-focused brands, and a portfolio demonstrating both graphic and video work is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective collaboration and communication skills are important for success in this role.
