Graphic Designer & Video Editor
• Role Type: 100% Remote
• Monthly Salary: ₹45,000
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join Allume Feu Media. We don’t just create content; we build full-funnel marketing systems. As our Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will be the visual architect behind our B2B demand generation and brand-building campaigns.

The Role:
You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing a wide range of visual assets. From professional sales enablement decks to high-energy social media clips, your work will directly influence the growth of our clients in sectors like logistics, smart lighting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality graphics for social media, LinkedIn carousels, and digital ad campaigns.
• Video Production: Edit short-form and long-form video content (Reels, YouTube, Tracking Portal demos) with a focus on pacing, clarity, and engagement.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Allume Feu Media and our diverse portfolio of clients.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with our strategy and lead generation teams to ensure all creative assets align with a data-driven marketing funnel.
• Collateral Design: Create professional presentation slides, white papers, and sales assets that humanize complex technical information.
What We’re Looking For:
• Dual Expertise: Proven experience in both graphic design (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) and video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut).
• Strategic Mindset: An understanding of how design functions within a B2B marketing funnel.
• Efficiency & Quality: Ability to produce "humanized," polished content that avoids generic, AI-typical aesthetics.
• Communication: Strong collaboration skills; we operate as a collective "We" to deliver results.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to handle diverse projects—from museum lighting showcases to logistics portal walkthroughs.
