Responsibilities of Graphic & Motion Designer: Proficient in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, GIFs, Animation Videos, User Experience, Prototyping, etc.Edit and craft raw footage into polished products aligning with brand guidelines.Develop visually appealing graphics and videos for various platforms such as social media, websites, and marketing materials.Create and deliver graphics, and short/long videos across diverse media.Stay updated on the latest graphic design tools and techniques.Expertise in visualizing, illustrating, and creating logos, layouts, and photos.Translate requirements into innovative designs.Implement and understand ideas effectively.Conceptualize the overall user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring intuitive and customer-friendly interactions.Fast learner with the ability to work effectively in a team.Key Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.Prior experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer with a strong portfolio.Proficiency in Video Editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and UX/UI Design tools (e.g., Figma, XD).Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills (a plus).Strong attention to detail and an aesthetic eye.Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of ideas, designs, and suggestions.Strong team player, capable of effective collaboration with different stakeholders.

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Communicate well and work methodically as part of a team

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
• Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Requirements:

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Salary: ₹12,661.00 - ₹41,7+7.00 per month
