Job Description
Experienced candidates in graphic design, motion graphics and animation only
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics that support our brand's message and engage our target audience. You will ideate, design and produce content to align with the our marketing and branding strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Own the motion-graphics vertical within the marketing team.
• Create engaging illustrations and how-why videos for a variety of marketing needs, including our website, social media channels, email campaigns, etc.
• Collaborate within the marketing team to ideate, develop concepts and execute content which will enhance conversion ratios on various channels.
• Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and consistent look and feel.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to our team
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design / motion graphics
• Proficient in industry-standard design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles, techniques, and projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Strong understanding of explainer videos, how-why videos, etc.
• Use of AI Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in creating animations and motion graphics
• Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Knowledge of UX design principles
• Ability to sketch and draw freehand
