Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator

BlocksBridge is looking for a creative, fast, and reliable graphic designer to support marketing for EIF 2026, a conference in Dallas focused on energy, AI/HPC, crypto mining, oil and gas, new energy, infrastructure, and investors. This role is ideal for someone who can create polished digital marketing assets quickly, understand a premium B2B event brand, and use AI tools to produce short-form video content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, email campaigns, and paid ads. Responsibilities Create graphics for LinkedIn, X, newsletters, website banners, paid ads, speaker announcements, sponsor announcements, countdown posts, and event promotions. Design clean, professional visual assets based on existing brand guidelines, logos, colors, and event materials. Create short AI-assisted videos for speaker promotions, sponsor highlights, event teasers, and social media campaigns. Repurpose event content into multiple formats, including static posts, reels, short videos, carousels, thumbnails, and ad creatives. Work with the marketing team to quickly turn around creative requests and revisions. Help maintain a consistent, premium look across all BlocksBridge digital channels. Required Skills Strong graphic design skills for social media, ads, newsletters, and web assets. Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools. Experience creating short videos using AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, CapCut AI, HeyGen, Veo, Sora, or similar platforms. Good eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and professional B2B branding. Ability to work quickly, follow instructions, and revise based on feedback. Comfortable designing for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, email, and paid advertising formats. Ready to start ASAP. Preferred Skills Experience designing for conferences, events, finance, energy, technology, or B2B brands. Ability to create motion graphics, animated speaker cards, sponsor videos, and event teaser clips. Basic copy judgment, meaning the ability to make a graphic look clean without overloading it with text. Experience adapting one creative concept into multiple platform sizes and formats.
