We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you are a creative professional with strong technical skills and an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics and creative work using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
Develop and execute layouts for magazines, books, and editorial projects
Produce layouts and designs for event and activation displays and special builds for sets and stages
Produce basic animation and motion graphics, including simple video editing for social media.
Sketch and illustrate custom artwork assets as needed
Collaborate closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life
Ensure all work aligns with PALETTERA’s high standards of quality and creativity
Conduct occasional in-studio or off-site photography for project assets
Perform photo editing and colour correction on images and photographs
Create physical samples and prototypes (paper mock-ups, stationery samples, 3D printing models)
Prepare and export files to print-ready and production-ready formats according to vendor specifications
Assets

Previous experience working with CAD software or renderings (Interior or Graphic Design)
Prior involvement in event-related projects or the events industry
Background in video animation or motion-based visual content
Hands-on experience with photography and/or videography
Professional experience in editorial layout and publication design
Proficiency in Chinese
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
Demonstrated experience in editorial design and layout
Solid understanding of preparing files for print, production, and digital publishing
Basic animation and motion graphics capability
Illustration skills
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
High proficiency in English (required)
