Adaan Digital Solutions is launching their studio services under the banner Studio Adaan. We are now inviting applications from visual communication design professionals with a passion for designing creative and effective designs and artworks for projects to be managed by our multidisciplinary design studio.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / related field
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and colour
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Designer should demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD / Figma.
• Exposure to user-centric design, rapid prototyping, and user testing
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized and well planned (yes, we know this is a big ask)
• Happy, fun loving and imaginative

Responsibilities:
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualizing and developing design ideas
• Translating ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Presenting ideas, concepts, and solutions to customers and to the leadership team
• Implementing the approved ideas into artworks
• Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Educational Requirements
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / related field
• In the absence of a degree, must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge through self learning
