Job Description
Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages. This role involves translating story ideas into impactful visuals, developing creative concepts, and collaborating with team members and clients to bring Ideas to life.You will be expected to present designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Blender. As design evolves, proficiency in AI-powered tools and 3D design software will also be encouraged. Your expertise in typography, colour theory, and design layout design will ensure aesthetic consistency across digital and print media. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt designs to maintain high-quality output across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Visual Concept Development
• Understand client requirements and project objectives to create impactful designs
• Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative visual ideas aligned with brand strategy
• Develop mood-boards, sketches, and wireframes to communicate design intent effectively
Designing Visual Content
• Design graphics for broadcast products such as QT, HyperView, Stiqy, and upcoming innovations, ensuring seamless integration of client tournament guidelines
• Create layout for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms to enhance user experience
• Develop brand identities, style guides, and cohesive visual system for Quidich Products
Software Proficiency
• Utilize industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality visuals
• Knowledge of 3D design, animation, and motion graphics is a plus
Typography & Colour Theory
• Select and apply appropriate fonts, colour palettes, and visual elements to create aesthetically consistent designs
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs
Collaboration & Communication
• Work closely with clients, marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with project goals
• Present design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback to continuous improvement
Time & Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining efficiency
• Organize workflows systematically to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.
Requirements
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
• 3-5 years of experience in a collaborative design environment, working closely with teams
• Strong visual storytelling skills—ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics
• Expertise in typography, with a keen eye for type selection, spacing, and hierarchy
• Confident use of colors, understanding of color theory, contrast, and visual impact
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all design elements
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and After Effects
• Interest in photography, illustration, or painting is a plus, adding depth to creative execution.
• Formal design education (Bachelor’s in Design/Graphic Design) is a plus but not a requirement, a strong portfolio and creative ability matter most
