Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand design assets that support marketing, communications, and business objectives. This role collaborates closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas and messaging into effective visual solutions across digital and print channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design & Creative Execution
Design marketing and communication materials across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, signage, and presentations
Execute design projects from concept through final production under the guidance of senior creative leadership
Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors or printers as needed
Brand Consistency & Quality
Apply and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs
Review and proof designs for accuracy, quality, and visual clarity
Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail
Collaboration & Project Support
Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative team members to support campaigns and initiatives
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Asset & Content Management
Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and digital asset libraries
Assist with updating and evolving design templates and brand resources
Support ongoing creative needs for campaigns, events, and promotions
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing for marketing campaigns and brand-driven environments
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web design
Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
