Roles & Responsibilities
The Graphic Design Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to bring the Holland Homes brand to life. This position is responsible for creating high-quality print and digital marketing materials that support our communities, sales team, events, and overall marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing exceptional design while supporting a fast-paced marketing team. While graphic design is the primary focus, this position will also assist with various marketing initiatives to help execute campaigns and keep projects moving forward.
Day-to-day, you'll be focused on:
Graphic Design & Brand Execution
Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, digital advertisements, email graphics, event materials and community signage while maintaining Holland Homes' brand standards.
Marketing Campaign Creative
Create creative assets that support digital advertising, social media, email marketing, website updates, promotions, and community launches.
Print Production & Install Coordination
Prepare production-ready artwork, coordinate with print vendors, review proofs for accuracy, and oversee the production process from concept to installation. Work closely with Holland Homes' internal team to schedule, organize, and coordinate the installation of community signage, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and to Holland Homes' quality standards.
Brand Management
Protect and strengthen the Holland Homes brand by ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, maintaining brand standards, and continuously elevating the quality of creative produced by the marketing team.
Content Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for social media, internal communications, company events, and community promotions.
Marketing Team Support
Support the Marketing Coordinator with marketing initiatives, campaign execution, event preparation, community launches, and other department projects as needed.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work alongside our marketing partners to create marketing materials that support company goals and enhance the customer experience.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and branding work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience preparing files for commercial printing

Consistently delivers polished, on-brand creative with minimal revisions.
Produces marketing materials that are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered on time.
Supports the Marketing Coordinator by keeping creative projects moving efficiently.
Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a willingness to jump in wherever the marketing team needs support.
Continuously looks for opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of Holland Homes' marketing materials.
Compensation and benefits
$50,000 salary
Health insurance (BCBS Secure Gold), 50% employer-paid toward employee premium
