Executive, Dispatch & Logistics/ Executive - Data Entry/ Executive, Pre-Cast Procurement

Reporting to (grade and Job Title) : Manager/Assistant Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a B.Com fresher joining our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our operations, including dispatch and logistics, data entry, and pre-cast procurement. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating and executing the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the procurement process for pre-cast materials. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development within the operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and Logistics Executive:
• Coordinate and execute the dispatch of products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Generate and maintain accurate records of dispatched products.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch and logistics.
• Data Entry Executive:
• Accurately input data into the system, including customer information, orders, and inventory details.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular checks and audits.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries based on the entered data.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support related to data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for data entry.
• Executive - Pre-cast Procurement:
• Support the procurement team in the sourcing and acquisition of pre-cast materials.
• Assist in the negotiation and management of supplier contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of pre-cast materials.
• Monitor market trends and recommend cost-effective procurement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and procurement processes is a plus.
• Must be excellent and proficient with Microsoft Office software is mandatory, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
