Job Description
Junior Sales Executive – The Jobs Jungle (ATS Platform) Location: Bengaluru (On-site) Experience: 0–1 years (Fresh Graduates welcome) Function: Sales – SaaS / HR Tech
The Jobs Jungle is a fast-growing HR-tech company operating two connected businesses: a Staffing & Recruitment Agency and an AI-powered Recruitment Platform. We've built our own ATS and Pre-ATS Studio to help companies hire faster and smarter, and we're now scaling our platform sales team. We're hiring a Junior Sales Executive to sell The Jobs Jungle's recruitment platform (ATS + Pre-ATS Studio) to mid-scale companies across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, pan india and further in European Countries (200–1,000 employees). You'll own outbound prospecting, run demos, and help convert interest into signed clients. Run cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified meetings
Deliver product demos of the ATS / Pre-ATS Studio to prospective clients
Manage your pipeline end-to-end — from first touch to closed deal — using our CRM
Gather and relay market feedback to help shape product and positioning
Hit weekly/monthly outreach and pipeline targets
Fresh graduate from a top-tier university (any discipline; business/commerce/economics background is a plus)Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with digital sales — LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, video demos
Naturally persuasive, curious, and not afraid of rejection or cold outreach
Hungry to learn SaaS sales fundamentals and grow into a closer, not just a prospector
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace with shifting priorities
Bonus Points
Prior internship in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
Interest in HR-tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS
