Our client is looking for a motivated graduate to join as an entry-level recruitment consultant.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent organisational and time management skills, inter-personal and written communication skills with the ability to cope with competing demands.
Goal orientated and ambitious
Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
The role:
Responsible for the ongoing and sustainable growth of client accounts and candidate relationships, through filling permanent and/or temporary job orders and providing solutions to assist clients and candidates with their employment needs.
Identifying and taking advantage of new and existing business opportunities, your focus is to grow your allocated specialisation and increase market share for your division.
