Graduate Engineer Trainee Machinical Engineer

Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical Engineer Company: Biznis Cafe Pvt Ltd Location: Badli, Delhi Experience: Fresher (0–1 year) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2025 or 2026 pass-out preferred Job Responsibilities: Learn the complete manufacturing process of UPVC and aluminium doors, windows, and glass systems. Assist in product development and R&D activities. Prepare production drawings using AutoCAD (training can be provided). Monitor production quality and reduce defects. Help improve manufacturing processes and productivity. Coordinate with production, purchase, and installation teams. Maintain quality records, BOMs, and technical documentation. Support testing of new hardware, profiles, and accessories. Follow 5S and safety standards on the shop floor. Required Skills: Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on the factory floor. Good communication and eagerness to learn.
