ABOUT

Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary is located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Kwikwetlem First Nation which lies within the shared territories of the Tsleil-Waututh, Katzie, Musqueam, Squamish and Sto:lo Nations. We are a vibrant school community that is centred in Christ and believes in educating the whole child. We have a variety of programs for students and staff to be involved in. These include clubs and teams in the areas of Fine Arts, Athletics and Service. Our community continues to grow and we are excited about adding new staff to our diverse group of Administrators, Teachers, Education Assistants and Support Staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School is seeking a qualified Science and Math teacher to join our dedicated and diverse staff. The successful candidate will be Catholic, possess a valid BC teaching certificate and will be skilled at working with students of all abilities. On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year, but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.
