Liaison Manager

The company is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture.

We are currently seeking a Liaison Manager to ensure the smooth and compliant execution of real estate related transactions in the company.

Job Responsibilities

Basic legal knowledge for land purchase in Karnataka
Proficiently handle and coordinate paperwork from various government and other departments including but not limited to BBMP, BDA, Electricity board, BWSSB, BESCOM, etc.
Liaise with government departments towards land related paperwork and maintain strong relations with the agencies and regulatory bodies
Coordinate with lawyers and act as a bridge with the company and the legal side
Ensure statutory compliance of property taxes, corporation taxes, relevant regulations, licensing etc.
Go for all the registrations from the company’s side
Cordially coordinate with clients towards their smooth registration process
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and reports to respective agencies
Maintain accurate and organised records of all legal documents and correspondence
Provide timely updates and clear explanations of the legal processes to management
Job Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal side of real estate or has worked as an assistant to lawyers who are primarily involved in land title work
Must possess their own vehicle
Ability to travel to various locations, client meetings, and government departments as per requirement
Must be well-organised and detail-oriented
Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and collaboration skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
Comfortable with legal terms and structures
Bachelors (BSc/BA) Degree in Law preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
