**About the Role**

As a Senior Policy and Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting policymakers in designing and implementing effective policies that promote sustainable development and economic growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist in policy design, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure alignment with national development objectives.
Establish market linkages and facilitate trade promotion to enhance economic growth.
Conduct secondary research and benchmarking to support training need assessment and vendor development frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation and system improvements.
**Requirements:**

8-10 years of experience post-PG, working in the Government sector or with public agencies, with a focus on system implementation responsibilities.
MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Master's in Management or Economics degree.
