The Job Description
The Project Officer, External Governance will be responsible for coordinating oversight, monitoring, and progress reporting against inquiry, audit, and investigation recommendations related to the children and families service system.
The position will involve designing and implementing strategic reporting, completing quality improvement projects, and data analysis, supporting internal and external stakeholders on matters related to oversight body activity.
The Project Officer will also support key meetings and governance arrangements involving senior executives, enabling informed decision-making and timely follow-up of agreed actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the oversight and monitoring of external oversight body inquiry, audit, and investigation recommendations, including public reporting of implementation progress.
Effectively maintain and develop reporting processes, governance, and infrastructure, providing advice and support to stakeholders and completing quantitative and qualitative data analysis tasks and projects.
Arrange meetings and events related to oversight body activity, including liaison with senior executives and stakeholders, coordinating papers, organizing venues, agendas, taking minutes, and follow-up actions, and making travel arrangements.
