Role: Manager – State Government Liaisoning (Maharashtra) Organisation: Jio University (Under Reliance Foundation Institution of Education & Research) Location: Mumbai, MaharashtraJob Purpose:To manage and coordinate all government, university, and statutory regulatory matters for the institution, ensuring compliance with UGC, AICTE, State Government, University norms, and other education regulatory bodies.Key Responsibilities:- Liaison with UGC, AICTE, State Government, University, Directorate of Education and other statutory bodies- Manage approvals, affiliations, inspections, documentation and compliance related to educational regulations- Handle correspondence and follow-ups with regulatory authorities- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, approvals, renewals- Coordinate for submission of mandatory reports, returns, compliance documents- Support management in handling university/legal/regulatory communication- Maintain tracker of licenses, permissions, approvals, and renewals- Represent institute during inspections and government visits- Work closely with Registrar, Legal, and Academic departments for regulatory mattersRequired Experience:- 6–10 years experience in Government Liaisoning within Education / University / College- Experience dealing with UGC / AICTE / University / State Education Department- Robust documentation and follow-up skills- Knowledge of education compliance processes______
