Job Description
• Managing user accounts and organisational units.
• Setting permissions and app configurations.
• Monitoring system security and compliance.
• Conduct annual tasks of moving students to higher grade organisational units.
• Manage Google Classroom setup and troubleshooting.
ERP System Management:
• Learn the school’s ERP systems quickly and manage functionalities effectively.
• Input, update, archive, or delete data as required.
• Extract and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Train teachers on the use of specific ERP functionalities.
Online Conferencing Tools Management:
• Manage and provide support for online conferencing tools such as Google Meet and Zoom.
• Provide support to both teachers and parents during online sessions, ensuring smooth operation of virtual classes, particularly in scenarios where online learning is required.
Training and Support:
• Provide technical support and user training on tools like Google Workspace and the school’s ERP systems to teachers.
• Conduct routine training on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) to teachers.
• Train teachers on Google Classroom and other online tools used for instruction.
