This role is ideal for a Google Shopping Ads Manager with excellent communication skills, a trustworthy nature, and a desire to advance their professional career within an innovative retail company.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), + AM - 3 PM EST (30 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Google Shopping Ads Management: Develop and manage Google Shopping ad campaigns, including search, display, and shopping, ensuring they are optimized for performance and budget efficiency.
Strategy and Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with the company's goals and audience engagement objectives.
Implement and refine strategies specific to Google Shopping to enhance visibility and drive sales.
Audience Segmentation: Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns effectively, maximizing reach and relevance.
A/B Testing: Execute and analyze A/B tests for different ad angles and creative strategies, pivoting based on performance data to enhance outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance with a focus on optimizing cost per click and improving ROI.
Understanding Consumer Behavior: Apply insights into consumer behavior to refine advertising approaches, particularly within the home decor retail sector.
What Success Looks Like:
Cost Efficiency: You have successfully optimized ad spending to achieve lower cost per click while maintaining or enhancing campaign quality and effectiveness.
Strategic Impact: Your advertising strategies have significantly contributed to the brand's market presence and customer acquisition goals.
High ROAS: Significant improvement in Return on Ad Spend through targeted Google Shopping Ad campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Google Shopping Ads: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns, particularly in the US market for consumer products.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Merchant Center and Google Ads, including feed optimization and data analysis.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop strategic advertising plans that effectively target key audiences and meet client objectives.
Analytical Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Communication and Reporting: Excellent communication skills, capable of creating detailed reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
